Chief Executive Officer
John Ho is chief executive officer for Landsea. He is responsible for managing all U.S. operations and is focused on acquisitions, development and sales of residential properties as well as value-added services in the U.S.
Before joining Landsea, Mr. Ho worked at leading global real estate investment management and consulting firms Colliers International and Jones Lang LaSalle. While working at Jones Lang LaSalle, he served as director and vice president. He led the firm in cross-border business development, focusing on delivering transactional, consultancy and other integrated real estate services to outbound Chinese businesses investing overseas.
Mr. Ho holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration with an emphasis in international relations from the University of Southern California.
